Miss Elaine helped me and my family choose the right house. She went over every detail and made sure we knew what was going on and stayed in touch everyday through the entire process. She made sure our paperwork was up to par and if i had any questions, she would answer everything for us. When showing us houses. She would go over all of the details and made sure we knew what we were looking at since this was our first house purchase. She has great recommendations for services that you will need as far as inspections, pest services and title companies etc etc. I greatly appreciate the help she gave us and the step by step help we were given. We have a 2 month old daughter and had a lot on our plate with juggling a baby, finding a house, paperwork for home loan etc etc, but with the help of Elaine and her professionalism it was a very easy and simple process since we were so new to the home buying world.

Throughout the whole process, Elaine was very patient with us as we are first time buyers. It was very easy to communicate with her and she always provided timely responses to any questions. If she did not have an answer right away, she would always work on getting us an answer. She was also very understanding and knowledgeable when explaining the details of closing and any questions we had about the buying process.

Elaine was absolutely amazing! She helped me so much knowing that I was a first time buyer and living in a different state. Elaine was great from start to finish! She found us the perfect house! During the whole process she made it super simple and explained information in terms I could understand! At closing she made sure everything was to the T before we signed on our new home!

Our situation was a unique one. After the lender approved us for the loan, and we had moved out of our apartment, we were told it was too soon to buy a home. We were already living in the home we wished to purchase. Throughout a period of about 4 months, Ms. Elaine worked tirelessly with us to make sure that found a home we love and that we were able to lease to purchase our home. Then, after a year, she did everything she could to help us buy our home. We cannot thank her enough for going out of her way to transport documents back and forth and for working so diligently on our behalf.
